Mr. Ridley joined Colbeck in 2026 as a Vice President on the investment team. Prior to joining Colbeck, Mr. Ridley was a Senior Associate at Goldman Sachs, where he worked in the firms Private Credit and Special Situations investing groups. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Mr. Ridley was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Technology M&A group at Raymond James. Mr. Ridley holds a BS in Economics & Finance from the University of Alabama and completed additional studies at the London School of Economics and the University of Oxford.
